Q: Do you deliver?

You better believe it! We offer daily deliveries within 15 miles of the shop. Simply place your order online, in the store, or over the phone.

Q: Where do you deliver?

Delivery is available for Signal Mountain, North Chattanooga, Downtown & Red Bank. (Additional delivery fee may be applied depending on distance. Please call 423.432.4756 for a delivery estimate if you are outside the listed areas.)

Q: Does Bud offer same-day orders?

Yes. However, orders made after 1:00 pm will be delivered on the next business day. Same-day orders will be designer choice.

Q: Can I request a custom floral arrangement?

Q: What is the Fresh Flower Subscription service?

Our subscription service offers the ability to have flowers delivered to your home or your business, automatically. Choose the arrangement style, size and frequency and we’ll take care of the rest!

Q: Can I modify my Fresh Flower Subscription?

Yep. To make delivery or frequency changes to your subscription, please call 423.432.4756.

Q: Can I cancel my Fresh Flower Subscription?

Of course you can. Since we constantly seek the freshest flowers, we do ask that you give us a 2 week notice for subscription cancellations. To cancel, you can call the shop or if you have a sign in account with Bud, you can manage your subscription from the admin panel once logged in.

Q: What are your hours?

  • Bud Floral & Home Studio (Dayton Blvd): 10-4 M-F, 10-1 Sat. (Remember, custom orders must be made by 1:00 pm for same day delivery.
  • Pruett's Market on Signal Mountain: 7am-9pm Everyday - Fresh, ready made bouquets, arrangements & gifts daily!
